大兵对胜宏尚郡的“错露退院”的“后洋房时代”的阔景生活羡慕已久。听说6月20日胜宏尚郡实景样板间盛情开放，便迫不及待的拿起设备匆匆的赶到胜宏尚郡的项目处。 来到尚郡的销售中心，发现此处早已聚集了近百余位客户嘉宾。活动现场为大家准备了精致的甜点、各种茶饮和新鲜的时令水果。
此次开放的样板房共展示叠墅、宽景洋房、情景洋房3种产品4个样板间，面积从140-250平米不等，这些样板房都出自名家设计师之手，从户型设计上来看，样板间功能分布区域合理设计上贴近人的真实生活所需，按需所需以达到人性化的最终目的。空间上更显阔绰，整个布局上来看有条不紊的把握了每一个生活细节的精致之妙处，无不体现出了独特自我个性的展示和品位生活的追求。
